We are experts in ICF foundations and basements. Unlike the bare concrete walls of traditional foundations, an ICF wall provides its own insulation with a vapor barrier, all the way up to the floor joist.
Foundation and basement walls built with ICF are easier and faster to construct than traditional concrete foundations. This method insulates the concrete against freezing and fast-drying during the curing process resulting in a stronger more durable concrete.
Stronger concrete prevents cracking, shifting and subsequent water leakage.
